Best Christmas Present

My family worked together to raise money to get me the best Christmas Present ever! For those band geeks out there...yes, those are old marching band uniforms turned into pillows! I have all four of them thanks to my family. I was only going to buy one of them and Krissi talked me into having all 4! These uniforms were the ones we wore all five years I was at Auburn. The fronts are made from the 2 different jackets we had and the backs are made from the 2 different pants we had. I can't tell you how many times these pillows have been dry cleaned before getting to me...I can't tell if they are actually the ones I wore. :-)

Christmas in Maine

I spent Christmas in Maine with Mom, Dad, Krissi, Gigi, and Grammie Marie. It was a winter wonderland and they are still getting more snow. My favorite thing was not shoveling snow but they tell me that it was warm while we were there. I did get to ride on a snowmobile with my cousin and we got to eat lots of lobster!

First Christmas

This was my first Christmas in my home! It was fun to decorate the new tree and finally get to put out all my santas!

Nashville, TN

Right before the Christmas break, Krissi and I headed to Bowling Green, KY for Mr. Ken's Memorial Service. We decided to have a bit of fun while in Nashville, TN. We went to the Ice exhibit at the Opryland Hotel. It was fun to go down the ice slide and see the Grinch made out of ice!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Krissi and I just got back from Maine yesterday. The snow was great but glad to be home for the New Year. We saw both grandmothers, mom, dad, cousins, and uncle. It was a LONG trip home and I am not sure about AirTran's flight attendants. :-)

My next step with this blog is to figure out how to get pictures uploaded. I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and has a Happy New Year!
